Accessibility Statement
English draft translation. The Hebrew version is the binding one; pending legal review.
Tripli attaches great importance to providing equal service to all users, including people with disabilities, and works to make the site accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard SI 5568 (based on WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines) and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.
Accessibility tools on the site
A fixed accessibility button appears on every page. It can also be opened with the keyboard and allows:
- Increasing and decreasing text size (up to 150%)
- High contrast and grayscale
- Highlighting links
- Readable font and line and letter spacing
- Large mouse cursor
- Keyboard focus highlighting
- Stopping animations
- Resetting all settings
The settings are saved on your device only (local storage in the browser) and are not sent to us.
Adjustments made
- The site is available in Hebrew, right to left, and in English, with the language set on every page.
- A "Skip to main content" link at the start of every page, and a semantic structure of headings and page regions (navigation, main content, footer).
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive component.
- Labels for form fields, and error messages and updates that are read out by screen readers.
- The chat window with the agent and the accessibility tools close with the Escape key.
- Alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Respecting the operating system setting for reduced motion.
Known limitations
We continue to check and improve. There may be parts of the site that are not yet fully accessible, including content of external providers to which the site links (airline and hotel booking sites), which are not our responsibility. This statement is not an approval by an authorized party; a professional accessibility audit has not yet been carried out.
