What we collect
The search text you wrote, in order to return results. If you signed up for alerts: your email address (or channel details), and the destinations and budget you chose.
When you request a yacht charter quote: name, email, phone (if you filled it in), dates, number of participants, budget and the notes you wrote. The details are stored with us and used only to get back to you about the request, and will be passed to a charter company or broker only if you approve it.
When you join the waiting list for cruise partners: your email, what interests you and a note (if you wrote one). Used only to update you when the service opens, and not passed on to anyone.
When building a flotilla: a name or nickname you chose, attendance confirmation, cabin assignment, role and votes. There is no account, email, passport, license or payment. Access is by a secret personal link (stored with us only as a hash), the page does not appear in search engines, and participant names are visible only to members of the same flotilla. Contact us to delete a flotilla.
When chatting with the agent (Tripli, artificial intelligence): first name, an email address verified by a code, and the content of the conversation. The conversation remains available to you for 24 hours, and the record is kept with us for about 13 months in order to improve the service and understand what people are looking for. Chat messages are sent to the language model provider (Anthropic) in order to get a reply. Searches are also stored (the text, dates and destination) without an IP address.
Why
To show results, to manage the conversation and to send the alerts you requested. We will not sell the information.
Third parties
A search is sent to travel providers in order to get prices. When you click a link to a provider you go to its website and its policy.
A Travelpayouts verification script (tpembars.com), which may use cookies, is temporarily loaded on the site. It is loaded only to verify the site and will be removed when that is done.
